new shoes! not even enough to be a haul though.

YAY! yesterday me and my mom went shoe shopping, mostly for her because she had a party to go to where she had to wear all black. I ended up getting 2 pairs of shoes, worth more than most of my outfits at $19.99 each. from two different stores.

here's something you should know about me:
I get most of my clothes off of the clearance rack, and normally, i dont even look at the new arrivals for whatever season it is. i find that i can put together an entire outfit for under $30 and still not look like a hobo. shoes are the only exception to my rule. normally, they are the most expensive item i buy, being anywhere from $20-$60. i dont buy things for names, i buy things that i think are cute and that i will be able to wear often...
that being said, lets go!

these are the shoes i got from Payless, they're american eagle and they were on sale for $19.99 but i also had a %20 off coupon that i used so i paid around $16.


and here are the shoes i got from Shoe Carnival, they were like $20 too, and my mom got a pair of shoes too, so one of them rang up for like $10.

yep. so in all, i spent almost $40. and i expect to wear both pairs a lot!

the only thing im sad about, the fact that i got the sparkly shoes after our XO^3 performance. oh well, there's always next time right?!
